YouMayFind uses only the information needed to operate the platform and assist you. Our team is available at support@youmayfind.com.
Depending on the services used, this may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, account information, cart, orders, viewed or saved products and support messages.
YouMayFind does not collect precise GPS location or bank-card data.
An order may contain products from several stores and arrive in separate parcels. Each seller receives only the items concerning that seller and the information needed for delivery.
Access is limited to authorized YouMayFind team members, sellers involved in an order and providers needed for delivery or hosting.
A seller cannot edit or export customer data from the seller area. Independent marketing use is prohibited.
Payment is made only on delivery. YouMayFind does not request or retain bank-card numbers. Delivery details are shared only with people preparing or delivering the order.
When you choose to contact a seller through WhatsApp, the exchange is directly between you and the seller. YouMayFind does not receive the conversation content. WhatsApp and social-network links remain subject to those services’ rules.
The site uses only cookies needed for login, language, cart, preferences and security. They are not used for advertising or commercial tracking.
YouMayFind may produce internal statistics about site operation, orders and product interest. This information is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Information is retained only as long as needed for accounts, orders, support, security and applicable obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized when no longer useful.
Internal access is individual and limited to authorized team members. Passwords are protected in a non-readable form, and the host performs automatic backups.
The site and database are hosted by IONOS SARL in France. Data access remains limited to technical and service needs.

Account deletion is currently handled manually by our team. Information still required for an order, complaint or applicable obligation is retained only for the necessary period.
