Common framework for buyers, visitors and stores using YouMayFind.
These terms govern access to and use of YouMayFind and the features used to discover products, view stores, communicate, place or track orders where those functions are available.
Use of the platform means acceptance of these terms and the policies expressly linked to them. Mandatory rights under Moroccan law remain applicable.
YouMayFind provides a marketplace connecting stores and buyers. YouMayFind is never the seller of products offered on the platform. Each sale is made directly between the buyer and the store identified on the product page.
YouMayFind operates the platform and supports its services. The store remains responsible for the product, price, stock, compliance, delivery, warranty and after-sales service.
Users must provide accurate information, keep contact details current and protect account access. Fraud, impersonation, automated account creation and circumvention of security measures are prohibited.
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of its listings, including identity, essential characteristics, images, price, availability, origin where required, warranties, restrictions, deadlines and applicable charges.
YouMayFind may technically correct display issues, hide or suspend listings, request evidence or remove content presenting fraud, counterfeit, illegality, safety or deception risks.
An order is a purchase request under the process displayed on the platform. The sale contract becomes effective according to the confirmation mechanism shown at checkout and is formed exclusively between the buyer and the relevant store. YouMayFind is not a party to the product sale contract.
A multi-seller order is divided into separate seller parts and may result in several parcels.
The applicable price is the price shown when the order is confirmed, subject to obvious error. Delivery and other mandatory charges must be shown before confirmation when known.
The only payment method currently offered is cash on delivery. YouMayFind does not request or retain bank-card numbers.
The seller store remains responsible for fulfilling the sale and arranging delivery, directly or through its provider, in accordance with the information supplied and applicable law.
Items from different sellers may be shipped separately. Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable when needed.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms a common baseline for stores and may not reduce mandatory consumer rights applicable to distance sales.
The seller is responsible for statutory and commercial warranties, product compliance, authenticity and after-sales service where applicable. Additional commercial warranties never replace mandatory legal rights.
Buyers should first report issues to the seller or through available support tools. YouMayFind may facilitate exchanges, request evidence, retain technical records, moderate content or take precautionary measures. This assistance does not make YouMayFind a party to the product sale.
Published content must be lawful, factually accurate when making factual claims, respectful of third-party rights and free of spam, harassment, discrimination, counterfeiting or review manipulation. YouMayFind may moderate or remove content that violates these rules.
The optional WhatsApp link opens an external service. Conversations take place directly between buyer and seller under WhatsApp’s rules. YouMayFind does not access conversation content and cannot guarantee its availability or retention.
Unauthorized system access, control circumvention, mass data extraction, malware, illegal activity, price or review manipulation and fake transactions are prohibited. YouMayFind may act immediately where there is a security, fraud or legal risk.
YouMayFind may restrict features, hide listings, suspend or close accounts for rule violations, fraud, security risks, legal obligations or conduct harming the platform or its users. Where appropriate, affected users may contact support.
YouMayFind does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absolute accuracy of content supplied by a store. Each seller store remains responsible for its own supplier obligations.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, YouMayFind is liable only for direct losses legally attributable to its own services.
No party is liable for delay or failure caused by a force majeure event recognized by applicable law. Transport, telecommunications and third-party provider incidents are handled according to the responsibilities that actually apply.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Users benefit from the rights provided by applicable Moroccan law, including Law No. 09-08.
YouMayFind may update these terms for legal, technical, security or operational reasons. Material changes are notified by an appropriate means. Stores may be required to expressly confirm a new seller-rules version before continuing certain activities.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to mandatory applicable rules. Parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution first; otherwise disputes are submitted to the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules.
